🎯 The Role:

At Innovx, we believe the future of management is 10% PowerPoint and 90% Python and LLMs. We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build the technical infrastructure that turns raw data into scalable revenue.

You’ll work across our venture portfolio to design, build, and run agentic workflows that automate the "middle-office" of GTM operations. You’ll live inside Claude Code, shipping daily automations that bridge the gap between engineering and growth.

💻 What You'll Do:

• Build Agentic Systems: Use Claude Code to build and ship AI agents for data analysis, lead research, and content generation.

• Architect GTM Pipelines: Orchestrate complex n8n/Make workflows connecting CRMs, ad platforms, and lead enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo).

• Automate Creative Assets: Build the backend systems that auto-generate, deploy, and track thousands of AI-generated ad variants.

• Revenue Infrastructure: Treat the GTM strategy as a software problem—building "outbound amplifiers" and automated reporting bots that compound over time.

✨ About You:

You are a "10x Architect" who thinks in APIs, loops, and conditional logic. You are obsessed with the latest agentic frameworks and LLMs, and you prefer building a system that solves a problem over solving the problem manually. You move fast and treat every manual task as a bug that needs to be automated.

✅ Requirements:

• 💻 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or high-level Marketing Ops.

• 🏗️ Mastery of API orchestration and workflow tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• 🤖 Deep experience working with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4) and building agentic workflows.

• ⚙️ Proficiency in Python and working within modern IDEs (Claude Code experience is a huge plus).

• 💬 Professional proficiency in English.

➕ Bonus points:

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or vector databases.

• Familiarity with the B2B SaaS growth stack (Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly).
