As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our product and ensuring we deliver a solution that create real value for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver meaningful outcomes - not just features.

Your role will require you to proactively build and maintain the product roadmap while balancing technical feasibility with commercial requirements.

What you will do:

· Own the backlog and drive delivery for your area - proactively prioritising, saying no when needed, and ensuring high-quality outcomes end to end.

· Define and evolve product direction by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and aligning stakeholders. You drive clarity and decisions, not just discussions.

· Align development with customer needs and business goals by actively managing trade-offs and ensuring the team builds the highest-impact solution.

· Challenge requirements and assumptions - confidently and constructively pushing back to ensure we solve the right problem.

· Contribute to a strong product culture by sharing knowledge, raising the bar for product thinking and speaking up when outcomes or scope are at risk.

· Collaborate across teams and departments, and with internal and external stakeholders, to influence decisions, resolve misalignment early and drive data-informed, high-quality solutions.

You are an ideal fit if you have:

· A strong product mindset — you focus on problems, outcomes and value, not just features.

· The ability to think strategically and look beyond immediate tasks to see the long-term impact.

· Confidence to challenge stakeholders, manage priorities and push for better outcomes.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Experience working closely with customers or in customer-facing roles.

· Proficiency in Agile development and product development workflows.
