Market Expansion & Sales – Norway / Nordics

Do you want to help bring Cendo’s AI voice agents to the Norwegian market?

Are you motivated by sales, freedom and becoming an expert in AI voice agents?

Then we want to hear from you.

Cendo is growing fast in Denmark, and we are now expanding further into the Nordics - with Norway as our first focus.

We are looking for an ambitious Norwegian-speaking or Swedish-speaking sales talent who wants to take ownership of building our customer base in Norway, and potentially Sweden over time.

This is a sales role where you will contact potential customers, negotiate new projects, lead the implementation, support your customers after launch and help turn Norway into one of Cendo’s strongest markets.

The role is remote, and we offer a high degree of flexibility. Location is not a deciding factor.

 

What You Will Actually Do

  • Identify and contact potential customers in Norway

  • Book and run sales meetings with Norwegian companies

  • Present Cendo’s AI voice agents and show the business value clearly

  • Negotiate and close new customer projects

  • Coordinate project delivery with our development team before and during implementation

  • Support customers after launch

 

What You Bring

You are commercially minded and motivated by sales. You enjoy speaking with people, creating new opportunities and building relationships.

You might be recently graduated, or you might already have experience from sales, business development, customer success or a similar commercial role.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but it is not a strict requirement. What matters most is your drive and willingness to learn.
