With €30M revenue in 2025 and operations across the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Mexico and South Africa, Draivi is helping lenders and financial service providers acquire customers through data-driven marketing and comparison platforms.
Germany's lending market is evolving fast. Consumers expect speed, transparency, and frictionless digital experiences and traditional banks are struggling to deliver. Draivi, twice recognized on the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies, is building the infrastructure to lead that shift.
We're looking for Berlin-based, seasoned Product Manager to own and scale our German comparison platforms. This is not a greenfield build: you're stepping into a live, revenue-generating product and your job is to make it significantly better. You will optimize funnels, own the product end-to-end, and serve as the critical bridge between our commercial goals and our engineering team. You'll work alongside our Country Manager of Germany and collaborate daily with developers, data analysts, and financial partners, translating business requirements into clear, executable specifications and driving measurable improvements in conversion, quality, and user experience.
You are the single accountable owner of the product experience across our German platforms. That means full lifecycle responsibility: from backlog prioritization and requirements definition, through delivery oversight, to post-launch analysis and iteration. Your north star is a platform that converts better, qualifies leads more accurately, and integrates more tightly with our lender partners, every sprint, every quarter.
Product Ownership and Roadmap
Own the product backlog and roadmap for our German-market platforms. Prioritize ruthlessly based on commercial impact, technical feasibility, and partner requirements.
Funnel Optimization
Continuously analyze and improve end-to-end user funnels, from landing page to submitted application. Identify drop-off points, define hypotheses, run structured A/B tests, and ship improvements. Conversion rate and lead quality are your primary levers.
Development Interface
Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the engineering team. Write detailed, unambiguous user stories and technical requirements. Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews. Remove blockers. Ensure what gets built matches what was specified.
Analytics and Experimentation
Own tracking and attribution across the funnel. Build and maintain dashboards. Define experiment frameworks. Make data-driven decisions and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Partner and Integration Management
Work closely with lender partners and third-party providers to manage and improve API integrations. Ensure data flows are accurate, integrations are stable, and new partner onboarding is handled efficiently.
Compliance and Quality
Maintain full regulatory and data compliance across all product surfaces. Ensure GDPR adherence and platform reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
We're looking for an experienced, execution-focused product manager who has owned a live digital product and has a proven track record of improving it through rigor, structure, and close collaboration with engineering.
Experience and Seniority
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a digital product ownership role
Demonstrable experience in fintech, lending, comparison platforms, or brokerage environments strongly preferred
Track record of owning a product P&L or KPI set and driving measurable outcomes
Technical Depth
Comfortable writing detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Solid understanding of API integrations, able to review, specify, and validate connections with financial partners and data providers
Solid understanding of PSD2/Open Banking frameworks, this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
Familiarity with tracking/analytics tooling (GA4, Looker, BigQuery or similar)
Analytical Mindset
Strong data fluency: you know how to define a metric, build a dashboard, run an experiment, and interpret results
Able to move from raw data to clear product decisions without hand-holding
Collaboration and Communication
Excellent working relationship with engineering teams, you write requirements developers can actually build from
Able to manage multiple stakeholders (engineering, commercial, compliance, external partners) simultaneously
Direct, structured communicator in writing and in meetings
Language
Full professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory
