As a fulltime Account Development Representative at Relesys, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the growth potential within our existing client portfolio. Where the Business Development team focuses on opening new doors, you focus on going deeper - identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our already strong client relationships with brands like Salling Group, COOP, Carlsberg, Vestas, Specsavers, Joe & the Juice, and many more.
In this role, you will work closely alongside our Business Development Consultants, reporting to the Director of Business Development based in Copenhagen. Together with the Account Management and Customer Success teams, you will map white space, spot expansion signals, and book qualified meetings for our Account Managers and CSMs to take forward. It is a unique position at the intersection of sales and client relationships - and a powerful stepping stone towards becoming an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager 🚀

Account-Based Outreach Generate qualified upsell and cross-sell pipeline, and execute structured, targeted outreach to contacts within existing client accounts - across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Engage new stakeholders, reactivate dormant contacts, and expand your footprint within each account.
Expansion Opportunity Identification Map organizational white space and work with internal data and client insights to spot signals of growth potential - new departments, new markets, leadership changes, or product gaps - and translate these into qualified conversations.
Pipeline Qualification & Meeting Booking Understand the current state of each client relationship, map out decision-makers and influencers, qualify expansion opportunities, and book meetings directly with the relevant Account Manager or CSM - handing off with context and confidence.
Sales & CS Collaboration Partner with Business Development Consultants, Account Managers, and Client Success Managers to align on account health, priorities, and timing. Share insights from outreach to sharpen targeting and messaging.
Market & Product Knowledge Become an expert with the Relesys solutions, our value proposition, and how different modules and use cases apply across industries. Stay current on trends in retail & hospitality, and connect it to our product releases and roadmap to articulate ROI to existing clients.
Sales Discipline Own your activity metrics, pipeline targets, and weekly sales rhythm. Continuously improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and stakeholder mapping.
We invest heavily in training, coaching, and structured development to help you grow.
6+ months of experience in outbound sales development, account development, or a client-facing commercial role - B2B SaaS experience is a strong advantage
Comfortable with proactive outreach including cold calling, and building relationships in an account-based context - you know how to add value from the first conversation
Strong desire to understand clients deeply: their business, their challenges, and where Relesys can help them grow
Outstanding communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn - you engage stakeholders at multiple levels with confidence and clarity
Thrive in a fast-paced with a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience from or genuine interest in the retail, hospitality, or frontline workforce industries is a plus - especially if you've worked as a frontline employee yourself
Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message is an advantage
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Fluent in English, both spoken and written 🇬🇧
