ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Floorball is Sweden's second-largest team sport, yet its match statistics are still handled manually in some way- despite level. We are changing that.

At fbstats, we are building an AI-driven SaaS platform that tracks players, tactical patterns, and heatmaps using just regular match video – no expensive hardware needed. We already have established floorball teams (both men's and women's teams) lined up as pilot customers.

Now, we need the missing piece of our puzzle: A CTO / Founding Engineer.

THE TECH CHALLENGE (YOUR MISSION) Our visionary AI-founder is currently building and finalizing the brain of our operation. By leveraging Python, YOLOv8, and Roboflow, we are developing an object detection model designed to accurately track floorball players and equipment.

Now, we need you to build the body.

We are looking for a hands-on technical partner who wants to take full ownership of building our commercial SaaS platform from scratch. You will be the sole architect and developer of the platform surrounding our AI engine. Your main challenges will be:

• Cloud Architecture & Video Handling: Set up a robust backend and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) capable of receiving, queuing, and processing massive video files uploaded by coaches.

• The Bridge (API): Build the microservices and APIs that seamlessly connect our user platform with our Python-based AI engine.

• Frontend & Dashboard: Develop a clean, fast, and user-friendly web interface where coaches can log in, upload match videos, and view their generated analytics.

WHO ARE YOU? To thrive in this role, you must be a "builder" at heart. We are not looking for a high-level manager who only draws diagrams – we are looking for a hungry, hands-on Fullstack Developer who loves writing code and wants to build a product from the ground up.

• You have solid experience in building modern web applications (you have total freedom to choose the tech stack for the platform: Node.js, React, C#, Vue, or whatever you prefer!).

• You understand cloud deployments, databases, and how to set up scalable APIs.

• You are driven by the startup journey and want to own the product you build.
