Across Europe alone, 6.3M+ farms need a successor in the next decade. Globally, there are 608M+ farms, most of them family-run, and farming populations are aging in nearly every market. When no one steps in to take over, working farms get sold off, abandoned, or absorbed into industrial operations. Our goal is to keep family-scale farms alive by making succession simple: matching the right people, handling the legal and financial process, and supporting the new farmer with the tools they need to run the farm for years afterwards.
