We encourage all hiring managers to test team compatibility rather than individual performance before hire, - and we believe shared values are incremental to good team work. We also believe in diversifying personalities equally, - and that all types are great, - so we designed 10 archetypes based on the big five to help managers and teams become self-leading while taking less discriminatory decisions when forming teams - and beginning of new friendships that can get you through storming.

And so who are we?
Right now we are counting a team of 8 with a heated slack channel and remote working perks. We have remote team building days and weekly meetings. We focus on having a good time while working on a joint mission of connecting with more people who share values and aspirations.
