Læsk is out to challenge the soda industry by offering fermented soft drinks that has less sugar and less calories than conventional sodas. Through fermentation and being selective with ingrediens, we create well-balanced drinks without alcohol that are less sweet. The kombucha category is fairly new and despite Læsk being the leading brand in Denmark, represented in 7Eleven, Coop and lots of restaurants and cafes across the country, there's still a lot of customer education to be made. It is a fun journey and we are driven by the opportunity to get people to make better choices for themselves. Founder Line started Læsk because she thought the soda category was boring and drinks were too sweet. Cheers to a healthier soda!

Established in 2010 and headquartered in Amsterdam, we orchestrate a community of more than 200 organisations including large corporations and SMEs, municipal and regional governments, universities, and research institutes, as well as non-governmental organisations and uncommon actors. Historically, we have been funded by our founder and core funder, the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT), but we are currently transitioning to a multi-funder model. EIT Climate-KIC colleagues are based in one of our local offices across Europe or work remotely from home based in one of the countries where we have a branch. At ROICO Solutions we are developing a collaborative painting robot working alongside painters boosting productivity, reducing physical strain, and addressing labour shortage on the construction site. We focus on ease-of-use with a plug-and-play design for increased mobility and flexibility. We experienced ourselves how challenging and physically demanding it was to paint. This made us curious to figure out what construction painters are faced with. - Painters have the lowest margins in construction - 86% of painting companies experience an increasing skilled labour shortage - 33% of all EU painters will retire within a decade, while labour shortage increases We aim to solve these issues with a collaborative, semiautonomous robotic painting solution for construction painters. Our solution: - Paints walls and ceilings up to 3.5 meters high using an extendable pillar; - Navigates autonomously along walls through a mobile base; - Object detection to recognize areas that should not be painted (e.g. windows or sockets); - Uses sensors to detect any obstacles or people to avoid collisions; - Mobile application allows manual control or semi-autonomous mode - Software and sensors gather data (e.g. wall type, objects on the wall and ceiling, paint consumption, activity timer, and data associated with navigation and mapping)
