We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale Veo’s Builders Department, which covers Engineering, Product, and Design. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and run hiring journeys, find and engage exceptional talent and play a key role in shaping the culture where talented people do their best work together.
We're looking for someone who’s curious, hands-on, and not afraid to experiment. You should be comfortable navigating change, open to new ideas, and eager to help us keep improving how we hire.
The Role:
- Work closely with leadership to translate hiring goals into tailored recruitment strategies.
- Lead the full recruitment journey: from discovering talent, building strong pipelines, to shaping hiring decisions.
- Create a candidate experience that’s personal, engaging, and reflective of the culture we’re building at Veo.
- Contribute to refining and improving our hiring approach with scalable, forward-thinking solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with in-house experience ideally in fast-scaling environments.
- Driven to build great teams, and deliver a consistent high-quality hiring experience.
- Experienced in sourcing technical profiles across various disciplines, with a strong focus on quality of hire.
- Aware of common hiring biases and experienced in applying practical strategies to reduce them.
- Skilled at identifying T-shaped talent who can learn and apply technical skills to the correct business problems at the right time.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with clear communication and the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
