What You Will Do
At Veo, execution is everything. You will design and run our annual and quarterly planning cycles — setting company priorities, aligning targets across product, revenue, and R&D, and ensuring progress is tracked with discipline. You’ll build the operating rhythm that keeps Veo focused, spot when initiatives drift, and implement fast corrective action. Your work will be the backbone of how we scale with clarity and speed.
What You Could Bring
- 5+ years in strategic planning, business operations, or program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage company-wide planning cycles and OKR processes efficiently
- Experience tailoring planning approaches to different functions and teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving proficiency — skilled in expressing strategy as clear goals and measurable milestones
- Skilled at aligning senior leaders and diverse stakeholders on goals
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities Include
- Own and run Veo’s annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Partner with product, revenue, and R&D leadership to define priorities, targets, and shared success metrics
- Own planning frameworks and tools to surface when initiatives are off track
- Facilitate cross-functional execution of top strategic initiatives
- Maintain a single-source roadmap and reporting rhythm for leadership
- Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks that slow execution
- Continuously improve Veo’s planning and strategy execution system
