We're seeking an experienced manager to support our primary health coaching workforce, delivering high-quality services across diabetes remission, weight management, and new international health interventions.
What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership - Manage a diverse team of 70-100+ Health Coaches plus 7 Senior Health Coaches and 1 Senior Dietitian, ensuring consistent service delivery and positive patient outcomes.
Strategic Coordination - Work with the Coaching Operations Lead and fellow Coach Managers to coordinate workforce scheduling across multiple programmes whilst maintaining clinical governance and patient experience standards.
Service Development - Use performance data and patient feedback to drive service improvements, support team development, and contribute to our programmes.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people (healthcare/coaching background preferred)
Proven experience in health coaching, behaviour change, and clinical practice, in a range of settings, particularly in digital environments.
Strong people management skills, including performance management and development planning
Demonstrable understanding of NHS, clinical governance and patient safety
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable with technology platforms and remote team management
Desirable:
Multi-programme experience
Registered Dietitian with Allied Health Professional status
Change management and training delivery experience
Data analysis capabilities
About This Role
This position combines team management with coaching expertise, directly supporting patient care whilst supporting a skilled team. You'll contribute to service scaling and maintaining high standards in health coaching delivery.
