To keep pace with our growth journey in the UK, we're looking for a Talent Support to join our talent team in Croydon. The main responsibility for this role is welcoming new users – teachers, nursery nurses, and support staff – into the Humly marketplace. 

And it gives you the opportunity to play a key role in improving the educational experience for children in your area and throughout Croydon

Your role in the Humly revolution

As a Talent Support, you'll create a great Humly brand experience for educators as you recruit and onboard them. And you’ll be detail oriented and efficient around administration to ensure we recruit the best talent with speed at scale.

 

The Talent Support reports directly to the leader of the Talent Team:

  • Top KPIs: Number of booked interviews, number of interviews, number of cleared educators, and number of educators who book their first job.
  • Ensure we recruit and onboard quality educators into the marketplace.
  • Make every educator’s first impression of Humly outstanding.
  • Communicate Humly’s passion in empowering educators to find great opportunities.
  • Ensure every educator is fully vetted and compliant for work.
  • Support educators from an employer perspective but also from a continued professional development (CPD) and coaching perspective.
  • Meet the target volumes of new educators cleared, set by your manager.
  • Collaborate in the Humly way of working: share ideas, problems, your learnings, and help the team reach shared targets.
  • Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on business needs.
