Responsibilities and daily work

  • Own the full customer journey: from the very first conversation to discovery, demo, and ultimately closing.

  • Ownership of sales strategy across selected segments and markets - and help define where we win next.

  • Help build the commercial engine from the ground up: playbooks, processes, scripts, and frameworks.

  • Eventually mentor, coach, and upskill a junior team as we scale.


Who you are

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales in new business (preferably SaaS).

  • Have experience navigating long B2B sales-cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Have a strong track record with enterprise customers.

  • Able to work 40 hours a week.

  • Fully fluent in English.

  • Thrives in environments with autonomy, responsibility, and high expectations.

Cernel is building the next generation of ecommerce infrastructure with AI-powered agents that automate complex tasks and connect workflows across systems. We’re developing an advanced agent framework that analyzes data, makes decisions, and drives performance - giving ecommerce teams better results, higher conversions, and more time for creative work.
