As a working student in the People Operations Team, you will support the daily people operations and projects within our People & Culture team, working closely with the People Generalists and People Business Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Operations at a fast-growing, international tech company. You will contribute to a positive employee experience and help build a strong, inclusive culture at Voi.
Support People Operations: Assist the People Generalist in managing daily operational tasks for our German business units, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
P&C Service Desk: Help monitor and respond to employee queries via our P&C Service Desk, ensuring timely and friendly support.
People Systems & Data: Support data entry and maintenance in our HR systems, help prepare people reports, and assist in analyzing people related data and trends.
Documentation: Assist in drafting and updating employment contracts, amendments, and all other people related documents under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German labor law.
Process Improvement: Participate in projects to improve and digitalize people processes, bringing a fresh perspective and supporting implementation.
Compliance: Help maintain people policy documents and workflows, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
Employee Experience: Support the organization of onboarding sessions and employee events, helping to create a welcoming and engaging workplace.
Benefits & Programs: Assist with communication and administration of employee benefits, pension schemes, and wellbeing programs.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of the global People & Culture team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Currently enrolled at a German university (Bachelor or Master’s), ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in HR, people operations, or organizational development.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for administrative work.
Quick learner, eager to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
Passion for human interactions and supporting others.
Professional proficiency (C1/C2) in both German and English, written and spoken.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems (experience is a plus, but not required).
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Flexible working hours (15-20 hours/week) to fit your studies. In semester breaks, you will be able to work full time as well.
