The Opportunity
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Veo, you’ll play a key role in scaling our Builders group across Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
Based in our Copenhagen office, you’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Builders and work as part of a small, highly collaborative and supportive team.
You’ll be trusted to take real ownership of hiring in your scope and to work on initiatives that help level up how we hire and continuously build strong teams. This role is for someone who treats technical recruitment as a craft and cares about building teams with a high bar for both capability and how people work together.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, turning hiring needs into clear recruitment strategies and sparring on calibration and decision-making.
- Lead the full recruitment journey: from discovering talent, building strong pipelines, interviewing, to shaping hiring decisions.
- Source and engage senior technical talent proactively, using targeted and thoughtful approaches.
- Own and contribute to initiatives that improve how we hire across builders.
- Use data, feedback, and outcomes to continuously refine hiring approaches and raise the bar over time.
What You Could Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with in-house experience and a strong track record of hiring with a high-bar.
- Driven to build great teams, and deliver a consistent high-quality hiring experience.
- Experienced in sourcing technical profiles, with a strong focus on quality of hire.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing meaningfully to hiring discussions and decisions.
- Interest and experience in owning or contributing to recruiting-related initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring.
- Aware of common hiring biases and experienced in applying practical strategies to reduce them.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
