As Brand & Growth Marketer, you'll work closely with founders and leadership, getting direct influence on how we communicate our story to the world. Our clients range from Matas, Hummel, Vero Moda, LuksusBaby and many more.
Partner directly with founders to build Cernel's marketing function from zero - shape brand, voice, channels, and playbooks as we scale
Own the full content engine: social posts, website copy, emails, ads, and sales materials - write fast, ship faster, and make tech sound human
Produce visual content end-to-end: shoot photos and videos of team, office, and events, and design in Figma within our design system
Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels - form a hypothesis, launch it this week, let the data decide what ships next
Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, retargeting) - turn funnel metrics, CAC, and conversion data into the next test
Own the content calendar from 4 PM idea to live post the same evening - no approval rounds, no 12 layers, just ship
Automate the boring parts with AI tools (Claude and co.) - scale content production, research, and reporting without adding headcount
Build the operating system for marketing: tone of voice database, templates, documentation, and scalable processes so every new channel we open runs on rails
2-5 years in marketing, content, or growth - ideally from a tech/SaaS company or a high-velocity agency where you wore multiple hats
Strong written communication in both Danish and English - you can write a landing page headline, a sharp social post, and a high-converting ad in the same afternoon
Comfortable with performance marketing and structured experimentation - you understand funnels, conversion, and the difference between a signal and a coincidence
Eye for visual content, basic design skills, and comfort in Figma or similar tools
Understand how to communicate B2B SaaS products to both technical and non-technical buyers
Self-driven, structured, and execution-oriented - you own tasks from idea to live at record speed, without waiting for approval
Excited by building a marketing function from zero alongside founders - no playbook exists yet, you help write it
Technically curious and already using AI tools (Claude and co.) to move faster every day
Cernel is building the next generation of ecommerce infrastructure with AI-powered agents that automate complex tasks and connect workflows across systems. We're developing an advanced agent framework that analyses data, makes decisions, and drives performance - giving ecommerce teams better results, higher conversions, and more time for creative work.
