Teamet spesialiserer seg på byggesøknader og de tekniske tegningene som følger med — alt fra mindre tilbygg og garasjer til loftsombygging, kjellerrenovering og bruksendringer. Det som skiller teamet fra andre, er bakgrunnen deres: flere av dem har tidligere jobbet som saksbehandlere i kommunal byggesaksbehandling, så de vet nøyaktig hva lokale myndigheter ser etter i en søknad.
