Congrid

Congrid is a digital solution for construction management and was founded in 2013 in Helsinki, Finland. Our headquarters is located in Helsinki but we also have offices in Turku (Finland) and Stockholm (Sweden). We have a staff of 25 employees. Flyhjælp

Flyhjælp er en dansk LegalTech virksomhed, der hjælper passagerer med at indhente den kompensation, de har krav på ved flyforsinkelser, -aflysninger og overbookinger. Flyhjælp, der har eksisteret siden 2014, har hjulpet over +150.000 kunder med inddrivelse af kompensation for mere end 200 mio. kr. I 2020 blev Flyhjælp kåret til nr. 2 på Børsens Gazelleliste, hvilket betyder at Flyhjælp var en af de hurtigstvokstende virksomheder i hele Danmark.

B'ZEOS

B’ZEOS develops novel, flexible, and home-compostable films based on seaweed extracts which can replace conventional and bio-based single-use plastic films in food-contact applications. B’ZEOS’ solution will contribute to reduce the use of non- or hardly recyclable plastic materials for single-use food packaging, thus reducing CO2 emissions. We are a team of 8 people with complementary backgrounds. One engineer in environment, two material scientists, one graphic designer, one supply chain analyst, one quality engineer advisor, one PR and marketing advisor and one CFO advisor.   Each of us are concerned by environmental issues and wanted to contribute to make a change.   We have joined this project because we are all fed up with:    - Contamination of world's drinking water with plastic fibres   - Seeing marine animals dying because of our plastic trash   - Increase of plastic packaging around fresh aliments   - Increase in plastic debris along the coast   - Both burning plastic and sending plastic to landfills   - Finding plastic while making with our kids sand castles   - Contamination with the chemicals in plastic. These chemicals are said to cause obesity, on-set puberty, and even cancer.   - Direct contamination of our kids by chewing various objects in plastic.   - Being exposed to plastic every single day and not having the chance to choose an alternative   We, at B’ZEOS and as consumers, believe in a sustainable alternative to current plastic and we have been working on the elaboration of a sustainable alternative without forcing the consumer to change dramatically his habits.

Tiptapp

Say hi to Tiptapp — the easiest way to get rid of things. From low value second hand items to bulky waste and recyclables. No appointments or meeting setups needed. 'Tap to confirm' communication and payments in app. With Tiptapp we are building a p2p platform aimed at disrupting the experience of how people get rid of things they no longer need or want. On top of that, we are also challenging the huuuuge classifieds market. By adopting principles of both crowdsourcing and ridesharing, Tiptapp offers the most convenient way of having everything from bulky waste and recyclables to second-hand items for reuse or resell taken care of. All done with a just a few taps in our app. As we are building a top tier start-up team we are of course really picky with values, interpersonal skills, and personality traits in general. We began in late 2015 and have accomplished quite a lot in a short period of time. We believe the secret ingredient is to work focused and to cherish the differences within the team and utilize its common strengths. This means not only that we’ll have fun every day but also that we’ll accomplish something far beyond the ordinary.

Minimapper

Minimapper is a Finnish proptech startup building an AI-powered tool for making real estate photos understandable. Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier. Minimapper is available in all HOAS properties in the Helsinki region, where they manage over 10 000 apartments. In 2025 alone, Minimapper helped over 650,000 students to find their next home more easily. We are now developing Minimapper into an automated AI API that can process property listings at scale. The goal is to enable major real estate portals and listing platforms to automatically add minimaps to property photos whenever a floor plan is available. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack developer to help build the backend systems, cloud infrastructure and integrations around our AI pipeline. Experience with APIs, scalable backend architecture, Google Cloud, Dart & Flutter, visual AI, image processing or real estate technology is especially relevant. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by startup ownership and long-term upside. Initially, the compensation is expected to be primarily option-based, with the aim of building a well-funded, scalable company together. Minimapper is at an exciting stage: the core AI product exists, market discussions are active, and the path is clearing toward scalable portal integrations. Cobrief is developing an AI-powered public procurement platform to help businesses across all industries find, evaluate, and win government tenders — replacing manual, time-consuming bid processes with intelligent automation that acts like having an extra colleague on the team. Public procurement represents over 800 billion NOK annually in Norway alone, yet the average government tender receives only around 3–5 bids. In nearly 20% of tenders, only one or zero suppliers submit a bid. The reason: tender data is scattered across closed platforms, the process is complex, and small businesses lack the resources to keep up. Suppliers can't find the opportunities, or give up because the process is too complicated. The result is less competition, worse deals for taxpayers, and lost revenue for businesses that could have won. Cobrief aggregates public tenders from procurement databases across Scandinavia, Finland, and Germany — including Doffin, TED, Udbud, and Hilma — into a single searchable platform. AI-powered matching scores every opportunity against each company's profile, sending relevant alerts via email, Slack, or Teams. When a team decides to bid, an AI writing module drafts proposal responses from a knowledge base of past submissions. Automated price sheet filling pulls from product catalogs, and CV matching identifies the right personnel. A Bid Manager Agent provides autonomous support throughout the entire process — functioning as an AI colleague from evaluation to submission. Teams collaborate in shared workspaces with task boards, deadline calendars, and role-based access. Used by 1,500+ companies, with a free plan to get started. The founders experienced firsthand how broken the public procurement process is for suppliers. Tender data that should be freely and directly accessible by law is in practice locked behind commercial platforms, creating unnecessary barriers to competition. They saw that businesses — especially SMBs — were missing out on opportunities worth billions simply because the system was too opaque and complex. Cobrief was built to fix that: make public tenders accessible, understandable, and winnable for every business. Beyond the product, the team is actively advocating for open procurement data in Norway through anbudsdata.no, pushing for systemic change so that public tender data is truly open — not just in theory, but in practice.

Tind Studio

Tind Studio is an AI consultancy that helps Nordic businesses turn AI from hype into working solutions, through hands-on advisory, custom implementations, and team enablement. Most companies know AI will reshape their business but don't know where to start. Geniebelt

Geniebelt builds software that helps construction companies deliver repeatable projects faster and more predictably. Construction still runs on spreadsheets, emails, and manual coordination. This becomes especially painful for companies building the same type of project again and again — like residential developers running dozens or hundreds of projects at once. Geniebelt turns repeatable construction into repeatable systems. Our platform standardises project workflows, coordinates teams and subcontractors, and provides visibility across many projects so companies can plan better and reduce delays. Founded in 2012, Geniebelt has supported construction teams for more than a decade. In 2026 the company was spun out as an independent business again — bringing a fresh startup mindset to the next generation of the platform.

Vibelabs

The Boilr

We have invented a device that can deliver boiling water on any water tap just by turning on the water 3 times. We produce the device - a Boilr - ourselves and have a workshop in Copenhagen., Denmark. We have applied for a patent on the idea and, have all relevant approvals and have started selling the unit. Now we ware in early stages of a Marketing push and wants to explore the many ways.

Componental
