Our mission is to cut down soy importation from outside the EU for a more sustainable world and increase the use of locally grown lupin products. We are developing dairy/meat substitutes from locally grown lupin beans, which are rich in plant protein and fiber. Our goal is to stimulate local lupin industries by increasing demand for lupin-based products.
