Langstack is a remote-first company with a high degree of flexibility. We're a small international team of driven, enthusiastic, and friendly team members with an average age closer to 50 than to 25. A few of us began our computing journeys with a Commodore PET, while others started on an Amiga 500, to provide some context. If you're in search of a conventional job, you might want to pause here. Our path to success won’t be linear and working at Langstack isn’t a 9-5 kind of gig. Today, companies report sustainability metrics using estimates, averages, and spreadsheets. That creates noise, greenwashing risk, and enormous manual work. ESG reporting is becoming mandatory under regulations like CSRD, but the underlying data foundation is broken. We fix that. TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform that supports children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. By combining AI, motion capture, and game-based design, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities – at home, in schools and kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. A significant number of children show signs of motor or sensory difficulties, affecting their ability to learn, regulate emotions, and participate socially. While some children receive professional support, many do not. They are often misunderstood as inattentive or unmotivated, when the real issue is a missing motor or sensory foundation. Even when children are in treatment, exercises rarely carry over into everyday life. Home programs are often based on printed instructions or verbal guidance, making it hard for families to remember, prioritise, or motivate their child. Our Silvers include creatives, community leaders, educators, and pioneers. Guests are invited into real homes, studios, and personal spaces across the city and nearby areas. These include a sustainable tiny house in Christiania, an art-filled apartment in Frederiksberg, and a community collective in Roskilde. Around the dinner table or through guided conversation, guests explore topics like sustainability, identity, creativity, and belonging - all through the lens of lived experience.
