Bridge

Last year we built a recruitment platform in order to match the right candidates with the right employers based on 1) skills (yes, it's still there) 2) what you want to do 3) personality and company culture. We have more than 1000 candidates. We are 1) A real recruitment company INDUCE (.dk), with real customers, making real money and growing (3 employees and 2 partners) 2) A Tech company called CTOCPH (.com) partly owns the product and leads the development https://bridge.induce.dk We work remotely or at the Rebel Work space next to Østerport station. We want to help, and we are every day helping companies get great candidates. It's NOT a one way street. It goes two-ways. If we find you what you want, makes you excited, and the job also matches your personality AND is a place where you have a high probability to fit it from day one – would you not want to take that chance? How many times do you know anything about the company you are applying for except the usual rant about "great workspace" and "innovative environment"? Is it real? We want you to get as many honest answers as possible before you take the leap. And hey the other side, the companies. Imagine tons of applications, all different looking CVs. No one reads that. And if they do, you get rejected on the wrong basis. Just because you forgot something you thought was obvious, or even worse – you didn't spend hours in Word making your CV look stellar and have the right amount of SEO keyword optimization in it.  You want this. Companies needs this. It's so simple. Forget the CV. Ok, it has it's place, but let's focus on the ones that want and can, shall we? Ok so we assume you are good from the beginning. Done. Next, we see if what you bring in existing skills and experience is good enough. Ok, reached that. Then – and here is where it gets interesting. We ask you what you want to do in the future. Crazy huh? We actually ask you that. Then, we ask you to draw some slides and kind of map your personality. And your preferred company culture. Are you an office camper or a road runner? Then – boom we ask the company the SAME questions. Who do they want? What is their company culture? Magic happens. You get matched. They invite you for an interview. Hopefully. What's not to like? Yes we are live. Yes you can join. But it's invitation only. So the only way to get in, unless you get invited from a friend is – to send your interest for a job. If we think you may be a good fit, we'll invite you. https://bridge.induce.dk/jobs/ Right now we are focusing on Digital profiles.

ProgBit

Progbit is an independent design center helping you to convert your idea into your product. We have wide knowledge of electronic design covering all aspects from hardware to embedded systems including processor and FPGAs. Our main focus is implementing advanced functions in FPGAs and ASICs. ProgBit was founded April 1st 2014 by three experienced designers from Nera/Ceragon and Mikrokrets. We have broad knowledge of radio, modem, telecom, datacom and ultrasound. There are many potential pitfalls when designing FPGA and ASICs. To avoid these, Progbit has a strong focus on design methodologies. This includes partition of the design, naming conventions, clock domain crossing, state machines, reset methodologies and so on. All this is to avoid design errors that can be so hard to debug. ProgBit has also focus on making the FPGA code readable and reusable. This includes sensible signal names and heavy commenting in the code. This makes it easy for anyone to take the code and do improvements in the future. Our target is to design the FPGA together with you and improve your knowledge during the design process. Cognite

Cognite has a unique starting point and great of momentum on its side. The idea behind Cognite came when I was working on a digitalization project with the industrial conglomerate AKER ASA.  In less than 15 years there will be over 50 billion physical assets and machines connected to the Internet, and over seven billion Internet consumers. The exponential growth of data resulting from the increase in Internet users, combined with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) will challenge the status quo of across all industries. We believe that data handling will become a competitive advantage for industrial companies across a range of sectors. Unlocking its tremendous capabilities should not just be for an elite group of companies. Cognite makes this technology available to our customers. Furthermore we think that the most successful companies will create alliances to leverage the numerous and complex data sources. We aim to deliver breakthrough customer benefits facilitating productivity-related savings, improved operations, increased safety, and new revenue opportunities. Our initial focus is to aggregate and process data from industrial sensors and corresponding applications combining it with 3D-models to see how these sensors are related to the physical world. This enables our customers and partners to create advanced visualizations and machine learning applications for optimization and automation. Please contact us if you're interested in learning more.

Tiptapp

Say hi to Tiptapp — the easiest way to get rid of things. From low value second hand items to bulky waste and recyclables. No appointments or meeting setups needed. 'Tap to confirm' communication and payments in app. With Tiptapp we are building a p2p platform aimed at disrupting the experience of how people get rid of things they no longer need or want. On top of that, we are also challenging the huuuuge classifieds market. By adopting principles of both crowdsourcing and ridesharing, Tiptapp offers the most convenient way of having everything from bulky waste and recyclables to second-hand items for reuse or resell taken care of. All done with a just a few taps in our app. As we are building a top tier start-up team we are of course really picky with values, interpersonal skills, and personality traits in general. We began in late 2015 and have accomplished quite a lot in a short period of time. We believe the secret ingredient is to work focused and to cherish the differences within the team and utilize its common strengths. This means not only that we’ll have fun every day but also that we’ll accomplish something far beyond the ordinary.

Auxilium Infrastructure Partners

Auxilium Infrastructure Partners develops, owns, and operates flexible energy assets that help stabilize the electricity grid while creating new revenue streams for industrial sites and asset owners. The electricity system is becoming increasingly volatile as more wind and solar power enter the grid. This creates a growing need for fast, reliable flexibility: assets that can consume, store, or release power when the grid needs support. Today, many industrial sites have unused grid capacity, heat demand, backup systems, or space for batteries, but lack the technical platform, market access, and operational expertise needed to turn that flexibility into revenue. Auxilium solves this by combining physical energy infrastructure with proprietary software. We deploy and operate assets such as battery energy storage systems, electric boilers, load banks, and other controllable loads. Our platform connects these assets to energy markets and ancillary service markets, allowing them to support grid stability, optimize power consumption, and generate income. We handle the full process from site assessment and technical design to installation, operation, market participation, monitoring, and optimization. This gives customers a simple way to monetize their grid connection or energy assets without needing to build their own trading, control, or compliance capabilities. Our mission is to accelerate the green transition by making distributed energy flexibility scalable, investable, and easy to deploy.

Bedriftsabbo

Here is a **clear, professional description** you can use when submitting Bedriftsabbo to startup directories or platforms: --- **Bedriftsabbo** is a Norwegian platform that helps businesses easily compare and choose the right mobile and telecom subscriptions for their company. Many small and medium-sized businesses struggle to understand the differences between operators, pricing structures, and contract terms when selecting a business mobile plan. As a result, companies often overpay or choose solutions that do not fit their actual needs. Our platform solves this problem by providing transparent comparisons of business mobile subscriptions from multiple operators in one place. Businesses can quickly see differences in pricing, data packages, network coverage, and contract flexibility, making it easier to make informed decisions. The goal of Bedriftsabbo is to simplify the process of selecting business telecom solutions, reduce unnecessary costs for companies, and bring greater transparency to the Norwegian business mobile market. By combining comparison tools, guides, and practical insights, we help businesses find the most suitable mobile solutions without spending hours researching different providers.

Weblinc

Kompose

Most companies know they need to move on AI. The challenge isn’t awareness - it’s knowing where and how to start and keep momentum. That’s the kind of problems we work on at Kompose. Working at Kompose means being part of a small, highly focused team that builds side by side. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery, helping professional services firms and larger enterprises move from complexity to working, production-ready AI solutions. No slide decks for the sake of it. No pseudo-work. We focus on real use cases and ship solutions that deliver visible results. We move fast and prioritise momentum. If something doesn’t create value for the customer, we don’t do it. Good ideas win - regardless of title. Feedback is direct and constructive. Mistakes are fine; carelessness and unnecessary complexity are not. Our days are collaborative. We start each morning with a short check-in and spend most of our time working closely together in the office in Christianshavn. There’s space for deep focus and space for discussion. Transparency is the norm - about challenges, trade-offs, and decisions. We experiment constantly and apply AI in our own workflows. We test new tools, refine how we build, and continuously evolve our delivery framework so we get sharper with every project. You’re trusted to own your work and see it through - from idea to production. We’re ambitious and growing organically, but we believe good work requires balance. Some weeks are intense, others lighter. We swim in the canals every week (even in winter) and during summer we hold meetings on a rented boat. Lean team. High trust. Real responsibility. Real impact.
