We have a web app called Carrot bank. A company that uses a carrot bank has: - better employer image - more motivated employees - more productive staff The purpose of the carrot bank is to motivate members/people to perform tedious tasks or additional tasks. On the other hand, it is intended to reward the perpetrators of those tasks for their work. This allows staff to focus on what is essential and important to the company. Example 1: The controversy over the coffee brewing turn ended like a wall after the introduction of the Carrot Bank. The time previously spent on daily arguing who will make coffee, is now in billable work. Example 2: Construction workers are motivated to use the waiting time to do other work, such as cleaning and finishing a completed site or helping a co-worker. The goal of the carrot bank is to get the community (family, company, sports club) to agree together the rules of how to collect carrots and how they can be used. Once the rules have been agreed together, it is easier for everyone to stick to them and they are fair to everyone.

At the same time, while working on different great companies, we have found out that mid-/senior level employees do not only have more than enough of work to do at the office, but also very often have a family and a house to be taken care of. They work from 9-5 at the office and after that they head straight to the home and start the, we like to call it "workday no. 2". They indeed are the heroes of work, but we started wondering, is there anyway we could help them to get more out of their spare times, so that they really can enjoy their lives. Not to mention, that we could clearly see ourselves on their shoes in a few decades. With these two problems in mind the idea started slowly to take shape into the form of a web platform, where these two huge groups of our population could solve each others problems with the help of our matchmaking efforts. At the same time they can act responsibly by sharing their mundane tasks from gardening to window cleaning for local youngsters, who can finally show that they can be trusted and that they are diligent, which could be huge to their future careers and also they get paid for that. After the COVID-19 pandemic started taking over the world, we eventually came into the conclusion that this is our time to help people to get jobs and the economy to grow in a new way. We are a start-up based in Gothenburg. At the core of our company is our lightweight satellite terminal, capable of providing high speed internet at any location on earth. This is done by sending radiowaves 36000km into space, aimed at a satellite that is only a couple of meters wide, before retransmitting the signal back down. Our advanced terminal then interprets this signal - an internet connection has been established!
