Baggrund effectlauncher blev stiftet i 2014 af Kenneth Petersen, Ove Lindbjerg og Rolf Bonde Petersen. Vi har mange års erfaring med optimering af processer og forandringsledelse fra virksomheder som Arla Foods, Tulip, Danish Crown og Mars inc. og bruger i dag den erfaring til at hjælpe andre virksomheder med at øge deres produktivitet og arbejdsglæde. Dette sikrer, at vores kunders data opbevares trygt og sikkert. Derudover tager vi for en ekstra sikkerheds skyld back-up af alle data minimum en gang i døgnet. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader.
