Marathon Sport er en løbebutik for løbere af løbere, uanset om du lige er begyndt eller er på eliteniveau. Vi ansætter udelukkende løbere, der kender og tester produkterne på egen krop. Vores butiksansatte dækker alt fra den, der løber tre gange om ugen til OL-kandidater med mere end 100 km i benene om ugen. På den måde kan vi også hjælpe alle typer af kunder. Flere i vores team har baggrund i fysioterapi, idræt eller lignende, men den vigtigste fællesnævner er, at alle i Marathon Sport elsker at løbe.

CarboPlanner is a digital nutrition platform for sports clubs and athletes. We build accurate algorithms for estimating energy expenditure in intermittent sport athletes and tailors sports nutrition planning for the individual athletes expenditure and sport schedule. Our platform helps support staff and their athlete optimize performance, reduce injury rates and improve health and well-being by providing a digital tool allowing for holistic development of athletes. One of our founders worked as a personal nutritionist for a national level ultra-runner, and witnessed how dominant guess-work were in terms of nutrition strategies. Currently he holds a position as strength and conditioning coach at a top-tier football academy. Both places he has tested and demonstrated that structured initiatives towards nutrition improves athletic performance with simple digital tools. In total we are a team of 3 founders, with 2 being rooted in sports science and the final in software engineering.

The Copenhagen-based World Explorers Collective, is dedicated to enabling expeditions and promoting adventure. Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.
