We take the overwhelm out of birth preparation and help new parents feel confident and calm going into their birth and early parenthood. We provide expert advice in the format of online courses, community and 1:1 coaching tailored to the unique client. As a midwife Anna saw the increase in birth trauma and the lack in birth preparation and understanding of physiological birth amongst newborn mothers. She saw the correlation and wanted to help women feel empowered in meeting their rite of passage and have a positive birth experience.
