Attensi is a Norwegian tech company specialised in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 150 countries and 50 different languages. We use gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues, powered by our game AI, to create a ‘learning by doing’ training environment that encourages repetition and builds mastery. It is a radically new method to achieve high impact training that scales across large organisations. proprty.ai

proprty.ai is building a service to help Danish property managers leverage machine learning technology to create better condition assessments and maintenance plans. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. With our service we aim to create property condition assessment and maintenance plans faster and more accurately than what is possible today. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. That way they can cut costs, improve property conditions and push the property mass towards a sustainable future. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market. We have a very real problem to solve, and a strong team to do it.

Embankment

Embankment wish to change the level of services available to fund managers running alternative funds today. Our own experience in the market, is that administrative tasks is an ever-compounding burden on fund managers, that adds little to no value. The services that need to be undertaken, either inhouse or outsourced, are primarily a hygiene factor. However, not having scalable solutions to the tasks can both diminish investor satisfaction, and be an inhibiter for growth going forward. We want to ensure that fund managers have the maximum flexibility to focus on the core deliverables and value-creating actions in the fund, while having ease of mind that the administrative side is taken care of and delivered at an efficient cost. We will deliver these services through a central technology platform, within which we will integrate best of breeds solutions, to ensure that you get the service output required in the smoothest and most efficient way possible.

Doublepoint

Doublepoint is on a mission to bring intuitive, effortless interactions to everyone using efficient wearable gesture detection technology. Our technologies are being used to control AR/VR, IoT, wearables, automotive, AI assistants, TVs, and much more. Our smartwatch algorithms detect subtle hand gestures and need to be accurate, responsive, low power, and generalizable across populations. We're a small team of 20 people based mostly in Helsinki, with 6m euro in funding from VCs and angels. Our technology is being used by over 100k people today to make their everyday life more comfortable.

Kive

Kive is a creative technology start-up that applies breakthroughs in machine learning to empower a new wave of creators. Creatives spend countless hours on manually organizing their creative references, assets and files. There is no good way to keep all your inspiration, ideas and assets in one place, access it quickly, find what you need when you need it and to collaborate with your team. Kive's smart asset library makes working with creative assets seamless and joyful, freeing creatives from administrative work and empowering them and their teams to spend more time on creativity. By uploading their files to Kive, creators can find the assets they're looking for in no time, share ideas and get instant feedback on their work. The company was founded in Stockholm in 2018 by film director Olof Lindh. As a creator, Olof experienced first-hand the detrimental effects adminstrative and manual work can have on creative processes, and set out to fix this by coding the first version of Kive himself. Kive is today a team of passionate individuals poised to solve this problem for the rest of the creative communities.

JANUAR

Januar ApS is a startup in the dynamic fintech space in Copenhagen, on a mission to build the gate for EU crypto companies. In essence, we want to empower innovative Fintech & web3 companies to build a more inclusive and open financial system. We're a dynamic team with big ambitions - and we've grown to 30 people in less than two years. In March 2022, we launched our first product, offering payment accounts to crypto businesses.
