Diinef AS

Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. We are looking for a profile to strengthen our team in the area of electronics and software.

Danish further down... My frustration is that I have a lack of an overview of used maritime boat equipment. Therefore, I spent some time wondering how it should be approached. I have created a web portal where I have worked on connecting users together. Users who all want to sell their used boat equipment, and users who want to buy used boat equipment. The idea is that the user (the sailor) can put the equipment up for sale that is just filling up the shelves and collecting dust. Other users can then search the website for exactly the equipment he/she is looking for. The buyer then contacts the seller themselves, and they then agree on the sale/transfer etc. When you have said buying and selling and marketplace, I also draw attention to Co2, recycling, pollution, recycling and much more. These are words we love to hear in today's world, and not least to do something about and improve. By recycling used maritime equipment, we reduce Co2 and contribute to a common future where equipment can be used more than once. Sellers can make money selling their used equipment and buyers can save a lot of money by buying used equipment.Min frustration er, at jeg, som sejler mangler et overblik over brugt maritimt bådudstyr. Derfor gik jeg en tid og spekulerede over hvordan det skulle gribes an. Jeg har lavet en webportal, hvor jeg har arbejdet med at koble brugere sammen. Brugere der alle ønsker at sælge deres brugte bådudstyr, og brugere der ønsker at købe brugt bådudstyr. Ideen er, at brugeren (sejleren) kan lægge det udstyr til salg, som blot ligger og fylder op på hylderne og samler støv. Andre brugere kan herefter søge på hjemmesiden efter lige præcis det udstyr han/ hun leder efter. Herefter kontakter køber selv sælger, og de aftaler herefter selv salg/ overdragelse mv. Når man har sagt køb og salg og markedsplads, så henviser jeg også opmærksomheden på Co2, genanvendelse, forurening, genbrug og meget mere. Dette er ord vi i den nuværende verden er vilde med at høre, og ikke mindst gøre noget ved og udbedre. Ved genbrug af brugt maritimt udstyr, mindsker vi Co2, og bidrager til en fælles fremtid hvor udstyr kan bruges mere end én gang. Sælgere kan tjene på at sælge deres brugte udstyr, og købere kan spare mange penge ved at købe brugt udstyr.

REGULATING MODERN TECHNOLOGY We develop 'lifestyle systems’ and the market's first AI-integrated hybrid watch that is designed to counter information overload. Our technology interprets and disperses information to only notify of what is subjectively relevant and important to the user. Our mission is to eradicate the abuse of digital communication to create a socially sustainable cyber life. The market need is indicated by the fact that people receive an average of 64 notifications a day and only a fraction are relevant to the user. The ordinary functionality is static and delivers information regardless of the user's wishes and needs at any given moment, which impairs focus and causes stress. The notifications do not differ from one another regardless of severity and they are all based on sources instead of topics and people. We circumvent this inconvenience and offer a solution that ensures that the user never has to be distracted in vain. Our solution is aimed at high-performing, social, and fashion-conscious men and women mainly in the ages 30-50, who highly benefit from saving time, remaining focused, and reducing screen-time and stress in everyday life. THE FUTURE OF SMART PRODUCTS We solve the problem with a watch that works as a digital ‘gatekeeper’ against irrelevant information rather than an extension to the mobile phone like regular smartwatches. The dynamic functions are based on the user's hierarchical values and micro-activities, which together with AI filtering and machine learning enable customized technology and a completely new type of smart functionality. ★ STARTUP OF THE YEAR-FINALIST┃288 PRE-ORDERS IN 72 HOURS ★ The project has been developed for three years through a global network with competence from companies such as Fossil, Citizen, Hugo Boss, and Intel, and we have senior board members with experience managing 200MSEK-2BSEK companies. We develop our own app and watch movements with two years of smart battery life, and the development of the next generation has also begun which will be a body-heat-driven hybrid that enables life-long battery life. We have found that 1 out of 3 available appointments remains unbooked every day, indicating a significant loss of monthly revenue for the clinics. uBoddy is a solution that provides consumers the best possible treatments at a reasonable price, while also maximizing the capacity for the providers. Our user-friendly platform allows consumers to book last-minute treatments for up to 50% off through just a few swipes.

We are Finnish company that wants to create better world through innovative thinking and modern technology. Well known fact is that nations globally face huge challenges with aging population. We worry about this - a lot. Our desire is to build user-friendly solutions with life based design that help people live independently. We want to have an impact to the society not only by developing new tools but also by creating discourses that value seniors life. Multigenerational living that has been a tradition in countries such as Japan and Mediterranean countries is now much less common. A number of nations are experiencing a dramatic increase in the number of seniors living alone including Nordic countries. Challenge involves not only seniors but also family members. Adult children are facing unique pressures to care for their aging parent as well as their own family and children. This is a group of people generally aged thirty to sixty that are actively caring for generations both younger and older than their own, with the older generation sometimes living a far distance away. Our solution gives easy access to everyday communication between family members. Communication is both active and passive. Active videocalls and shared calendar support every day activities and increases users sense of belonging and personal autonomy. Passive sensor data creates trends and gives family members better understanding of activities of daily living. Our solution is a consumer product and designed for seniors use.

Punch Factory signs an agreement with training facilities that PTs affiliated with Punch Factory may come there and train their clients. Punch Factory pays a amount to the facility and PT signs a membership with Punch Factory completely without extra fees or percentages. Now a Personal trainer has a completely different opportunity to be able to make a living as a Personal trainer. Where the majority of the fee goes to the PT himself and not to the facility. The advantage is also that the facility does not need to have a lot of employed PTs and that the clients have several facilities to train with their PT. I started developing the idea a little more than 2 years ago, the biggest reason is that I have always heard the problems that a Personal Trainer encounters when you do not have a job at a large gym chain. A personal trainer needs a gym to do his job, you can solve it in different ways, you get employed at a gym and then you usually get a small amount per time you hold a training session. Other alternatives are that you rent in a gym where you have to pay a certain percentage at the time as rental cost or a fixed monthly rent which is usually very high. I know many who quit the profession because it is really difficult to get around as a personal trainer, high rents, poor working conditions, inconvenient working hours when, despite the rent, you have to adapt to the gym's own activities (group classes among other things) That's why I developed Punch Factory AB, we make it easier to be a personal trainer, with just one membership you get access to different gyms to train your clients at no extra cost.
